About IIM Ranchi’s IPM
IIM Ranchi IPM Admission Process and Selection Criteria
For the 2026–31 batch, IIM Ranchi shortlisted candidates for interview on IPMAT scores, giving verbal ability and quantitative ability (MCQ and short answer combined) equal weight — so a weak section is costly.
Shortlisted candidates had a personal interview with IIM Ranchi, held in 2026 in cities including New Delhi. The final merit list combined IPMAT (65%), the interview (15%) and academic profile from Class X and XII (20%), with additional marks for gender diversity.
Patterns, eligibility and dates change every year, so always confirm details in the official admissions notice before you apply.
