About law admissions
CLAT and beyond
CLAT is the entrance test for the National Law Universities, and many private law schools also accept CLAT scores. Others run their own tests — Symbiosis law schools use SLAT and NMIMS uses NLAT.
These tests share a common core: English and reading comprehension, legal reasoning, logical reasoning, current affairs and general knowledge, and basic quantitative techniques.
