WHAT IS NIMCET OR NIT MCA COMMON ENTRANCE TEST?

NIMCET or National Institute of Technology Master of Computer Applications Common Entrance Test is an exam conducted by one of the below mentioned participating NITs for admissions to their MCA programmes. This entrance exam is conducted every year to offer admission into Masters in Computer Application (MCA)Programme. The application process for NIMECT 2020 is now over.

Students have to clear the NIMCET exam with good rank, based on their ranks they will pe allotted seats at various campuses of NITs. Around 25,000 students register for NIMCET each year and approximately 805 seats are offered in 11 NITs across India. The question paper for NIMCET 2020 will comprise 120 MCQs of 4 marks each.
