IPMAT Indore Exam Pattern and IIM Admission Opportunities
IPMAT Indore preparation can also be relevant for other management programmes that accept its scores. However, each institute may have its own eligibility criteria and selection process. Check the latest admission notices of IIM Indore and other participating institutes before applying.
For the 2026 cycle, candidates needed at least 60% in Class X and XII (55% for SC, ST and PwD candidates) and had to be born on or after 1 August 2006, with relaxation for reserved categories. Selection combines the aptitude test with a personal interview.
IPMAT (Indore) scores are also used by other IIMs, including IIM Ranchi, IIM Shillong and IIM Amritsar, so one preparation plan opens several doors. Patterns, eligibility and dates change every year, so always confirm details in the official admissions notice before you apply.
